We rent out virtual reality headsets by the hour with a 2 hr minimum.

We recommend at least a 6ft x 6 ft. area for the Samsung Gear and Oculus and a 10ft x 10ft or 15ft x 15ft area for the HTC Vive.

Yes we have optional attendants that are included with each rental. One attendant typically can handle 2 virtual reality experiences at a time.

We recommend a minimum of 5 minutes per person so they can get to know the virtual space and have a fun experience. Of course if each person wanted to play longer and enough headsets were ordered you could allow each person to play much longer.

We recommend virtual reality for teenagers to adults however some games are appropriate for ages 5+.

After you select and confirm your rental items on our website, you will see a list of options that allows you to choose windows for your preferred drop-off and pick-up times. We will contact you the day before your event to get a more specific timeframe within that window. Typically, we drop-off at least 1-2 hours prior to your event’s start time to setup and take down within 1 hours after your requested end time.

Yes, there is a $25 delivery fee for locations within 40 miles of Houston. This fee includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up. For locations more than 40 miles outside of Houston, fees may increase. Fees are automatically calculated based on the zip code of your event location and will be displayed on the “View Cart” page.

Yes, power is required within 50 ft. of wherever the virtual reality experience will take place. We provide 50-75 ft. extension cords at no extra cost.

We recommend indoors or an area where there is an air condition environment.

A 50% down payment is due for reservations under $1,000 and 25% down payment for orders over. The remainder of the payment is due on the date of your event (of course, you can pay early, if you prefer). For schools, government agencies, or nonprofits that need to pay with purchase orders or checks, please call us at (281) 606-5867 to make a reservation.

Our no-hassle reschedule policy means you can cancel for any reason up until your scheduled delivery time. You will receive a “rescheduling” credit that is valid for up to 1 year from the original date of your event. Credit will not be issued after we have delivered the rental equipment. We do not allow refunds.
