We had so much fun with the rentals, everyone was so impressed! The cotton candy machine really was a hit with everyone, kids and adults. Next time I’ll get the additional flavor to have options. It was great! One chair was accidentally left behind and my husband dropped it off. We will definitely be looking to rent again for our next event, thank you!

Very easy process getting my rentals with online ordering and the ability to pay half the total for the deposit. Ordered a bouncy castle, cotton candy machine, and a few other things. The delivery was well within my given time frame and the delivery people were very helpful and set everything up! And for pickup, I didn't have to do anything but make sure the cotton candy machine was cleaned out. I'd definitely use them again.

Q. How do I use the Snow Cone machine?

Plug it in, add regular ice cubes, press the switches to activate the motor and blade, and scoop the snow into cones before adding syrup.
Q. How do I use the Cotton Candy machine?

Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy.

No, currently all concession rentals in this region are delivery only.
Q. What do I need to bring for the Snow Cone machine?

You'll need at least three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones.
Q. How many people does each machine serve?

Each rental includes supplies for 50 people, and you can add more supplies to serve larger crowds.
Q. Can I buy extra concession supplies or find them locally?

Yes, we offer extra supply kits and recommend Ace Mart or restaurant supply stores. Grocery stores may carry snow cone syrup, but not floss sugar or popcorn kits. We include Blue Raspberry and Strawberry with each snow cone machine.
