The people who delivered the items were very professional, very friendly and patient. Also the attendant, I believe his name was Hez for Hezekaiah. The gentleman that stayed with us was an great! He was very pleasant, patient, smiling at all times, greeted the people coming in to his area, was ready and willing to help all the children and people that walked up to his cotton candy and popcorn stand. It was an absolute treat having him there. I commend you for having such a great team please share this with those in authority over them whether it be the managers, the owners, etc. this is the kind of people that keep a company going strong and successful. Please also give your team that came out to Robinson Road this positive feedback. They need to know that they’re doing an absolutely wonderful job. I called to place an order for my son's birthday party which was the next day. I didn't think it would be possible cause I live 2 hours away but the representative on the phone made it happen and booked my party within minutes! The delivery drivers were very friendly and helpful and showed up early which was nice cause the kiddos got a little extra playtime! I look forward to booking my next party and highly recommend them to my family and friends! Thank you

Husband and i rented tables and chairs, a snowcone machine, popcorn machine, also a moonwalk for our baby girls 3rd birthday. They delivery was great, they got to my house and set up before the party. The bounce house was very clean. Everything worked and was very clean. We will rent from them again

This is my 1st Sky High Party Rentals experience with tables, chairs, concessions, etc.. I have ordered from Aztec in the past. I will NEVER order from them again. I will use SHPR forever!

Q. How do I use the Popcorn machine?

Turn on the kettle heat and light, add a full popcorn kit, close the lid, and wait for the popcorn to drop into the tray for serving. When fully popped, dump the kettle to release any remaining popcorn ready to eat.
Q. How do I use the Cotton Candy machine?
-
Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy.
Q. How do I use the Snow Cone machine?

Plug it into a power outlet, add regular ice cubes to the top, press the motor and blade switches, and scoop the shaved ice into cones, then add syrup.
Q. Does the Popcorn machine include a scooper?

Yes, the machine includes a scooper for serving.
Q. Can I buy extra concession supplies or find them locally?

Yes, we sell extra 50-serving supply packs and you can find compatible supplies at stores like Ace Mart in Dallas. Grocery stores usually don’t carry floss sugar or popcorn kits but often have snow cone syrup. We provide Blue Raspberry and Strawberry syrup with each rental.
Q. Can I pick up a concession machine in the Dallas area?

While not directly in Dallas, we are located 20 minutes south in Lancaster, TX. Machines can be picked up from our warehouse at 301 E Pecan St, Lancaster, TX 75146. Please schedule ahead and bring ID.
Q. Can I charge guests money for concessions?

Yes, and our carnival stand is a great option for events where you want to sell popcorn, cotton candy, or snow cones.
Q. What do I need to bring for the Snow Cone machine?

You'll need approximately three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones.
Q. How many people does each machine serve?

Each machine includes supplies for 50 people, but with extra supplies they can serve many more.
