The people who delivered the items were very professional, very friendly and patient. Also the attendant, I believe his name was Hez for Hezekaiah. The gentleman that stayed with us was an great! He was very pleasant, patient, smiling at all times, greeted the people coming in to his area, was ready and willing to help all the children and people that walked up to his cotton candy and popcorn stand. It was an absolute treat having him there. I commend you for having such a great team please share this with those in authority over them whether it be the managers, the owners, etc. this is the kind of people that keep a company going strong and successful. Please also give your team that came out to Robinson Road this positive feedback. They need to know that they're doing an absolutely wonderful job. Maybe even a raise as an incentive to keep all motivated in doing what they do. Have a great day, we look forward to using Sky High Party Rentals again.

Q. How do I use the Cotton Candy machine?

Remove the plastic wrap from the heating element, unlock the two side handles to allow the bowl to spin, then fill the heating element with cotton candy machine sugar. Turn on the heat and motor switches. Allow one minute for heating, then spin the cone stick around the base to collect the cotton candy.
Q. Can I charge money for concessions at a national event?

Yes, and we offer a carnival stand rental that’s ideal for events where concessions are sold.
Q. How many people does each machine serve?

Each rental includes supplies for 50 guests, and the machines can serve more with additional supply packs.
Q. Can I purchase additional supplies or find them locally?

Yes, you can add more supplies to your order or shop at restaurant supply stores. Grocery stores may have snow cone syrup, but floss sugar and popcorn kits are best purchased from a specialty supplier. We include Blue Raspberry and Strawberry syrup as flavors for our snow cone machines. We do not have additional flavors in stock.
Q. What do I need for the Snow Cone machine?

You'll need at least three to four 10-pound bags of ice, and a cooler to keep it cold at your event for every 50 snow cones.
