Overall our experience was great. They were ahead of schedule for delivery. ( This was our first time renting from Skyhigh) I was not feeling confident at first because our initial reservation was lost on several items; however, when they arrived with a full crew and were so fast setting up. Their courteous helpful nature as well as professionalism made me realize this is a great company that I fully intend to use again.

We had a pretty new bounce house, which was clean and amazing. My one concern was that I booked almost two months in advance and received no further confirmation as the party date approached. I would have liked a second confirmation a few days before party time. I called the office and left a message, which was returned. I also received an email with a delivery estimate the morning of the party.
