|
This was the greatest delivery. Everything was smooth and easy with delivery. They brought everything that I ordered and set up the moonwalk. Customer service was great with delivery and pickup. No issues. This was my 2nd time with sky high and I will definitely be a forever customer.

Very satisfied with the item, the delivery times and the staff. Highly recommended, and likely to rent again.

Everything went fine, except the label/mark on the inflatable could have been put on the part that it is not that visible when inflated. But no biggie.

I searched everywhere for a construction themed bounce house, but every one I found was significantly more expensive. Sky high party rentals had one available for a very reasonable price. Many guests at our party asked for the company information when I told them how much I paid. Will definitely use again and refer others, thank you.

Q. What makes the Skid Loader bounce house different from a plain bouncer?
-
It is built to look like a giant yellow construction skid loader, with realistic tracks and spotlights molded right in. Kids walk up to a real piece of heavy equipment they can climb inside and bounce in. That theme is what turns a regular birthday into the construction party the whole class talks about.
Q. Is this a dry bounce house or does it have water?
-
It runs completely dry. There is no pool or water slide, so it works on grass, indoors, or in a gym in any season. If you want a splash, our team can point you to a wet combo unit instead. This one is all about jumping, climbing, and the construction theme.
Q. What is your Weather Guarantee?
-
No fine print up front: cancel or reschedule for any reason any time before we deliver, even the day of, and the full amount becomes store credit that never expires. But once we have set the unit up, if you choose to keep going and it rains later, that rental is final, since we have already delivered and still have to come collect and clean it. The flexible window is yours right until our crew arrives.
Q. How big is it inside and how many kids fit?
-
The jumping area is a roomy 20x14x13 feet, with space for 6 to 8 kids at once, or about 3 adults. We suggest grouping riders by size so the little ones get their own turns and nobody gets bounced over by bigger kids.
Q. Does it have a slide or climbing wall, or just an open jump area?
-
It is mostly a wide open jumping floor, with a climbing feature and slide built into the construction-themed design so kids can climb up and bounce back down. Mesh windows on all sides keep it shaded and let you watch every minute from outside.
Q. What ages is the construction bouncer best for?
-
It is a perfect fit for ages 5 to 12 who love trucks and construction. Teens and adults can jump too, up to 3 grown-ups at a time. For a party that is mostly toddlers ages 2 to 4, we usually steer you to a smaller, lower toddler unit so the little ones have a gentler space.
Q. Can adults or teenagers actually ride it?
-
Yes. The unit holds up to about 3 adults at a time, so parents and older siblings can jump in too. Just avoid mixing small kids and adults in the same round. Take turns by size and everyone stays safe and has a blast.
Q. Can you set it up indoors at a school gym?
-
Yes. Because it runs dry and only needs a standard outlet and overhead clearance, it works great in a school gym or large indoor space. It also sets up outdoors on grass. Tell us your venue and ceiling height and we confirm it fits before your date.
Q. Do you have other themed bounce houses if construction is not the theme?
-
Yes. The skid loader is one of many themes. Browse the full lineup of [bounce houses and moonwalks](/bounce-house-moonwalks) to see character, princess, sports, and other designs, and we can help you match the theme to your party.
Q. What do you need from me for power and setup?
-
We need a clear, mostly flat area, a standard outlet within about 100 feet, and a path wide enough to roll the unit through. No outdoor power? We can bring a generator. We handle all the anchoring and takedown ourselves.
Q. Do you handle corporate, school, and district orders?
-
Yes, this is where we shine. Every unit is fully insured and state-inspected, we provide a certificate of insurance on request, and our crew handles district setup by 8am and collection by 3pm. We have run events like this for 20-plus years.
Q. What deposit do you require, and can I cancel?
-
We take a 50% deposit to lock in your date, dropping to 25% on orders over $1,000, with the balance due before your event. If plans change, your deposit converts to store credit toward a future rental rather than a cash refund.
Q. Can I keep it overnight?
-
For the best price, we recommend our 8am next-day option: we set up early the next morning and our crew collects it the following morning. You get more event time without paying an overnight premium, and you never move or anchor anything yourself.
