We used Sky High Party Rentals for a company event for 300 employees. Impeccable service, courteous, helpful, and communication was amazing. Their team was very accommodating when we had to cancel/re-organize our event last minute and the installation staff was quick and efficient. Will definitely be using their services again. We rented the Carousel Moonwalk, the Velcro Wall, the 30x30 tents, tables and chair combo, the oversize lawn games, face painter/balloon artist, misting fans, and generators. Keep in mind the Velcro Wall works best for tiny children (ages 5 or so).

Q. Can your tents be used on concrete?

For an additional fee, Sky High supplies water barrels that will keep your tent secure on concrete and hard surfaces. Please keep in mind that in order for the barrels to effectively secure your tent, your location must be able to provide a source of water also.

Q. How do I choose the right size tent for my event?

Choosing the right size tent depends on the number of guests, the type of event, and the space required for other elements like dance floors, tables, and chairs. A general rule is to allow 10-12 square feet of space per person for banquet-style seating and 15-20 square feet per person for cocktail-style events.
Q. How much space will my tent require?

At least 5' of space surrounding the perimeter of the tent is required (Although 10' is recommended). We recommend that you perform all area measurements before the day of your event.
Q. What do I do in the event of an emergency weather situation with the tent?

In the event of a hurricane, tornado, or thunderstorm, evacuate the vicinity of the tent and seek shelter immediately. Very strong winds can displace the tent, allowing it to topple or move freely. Call us immediately, however keep in mind we use very strong stakes and heavy water barrels to secure tents from the ground.

All tents and rental items are cleaned and sanitized as they are returned.
Q. What product do you use to clean the tents?

We only use (ARA) American Rental Association approved chemicals to clean all tents after every use.
Q. How high are drive-through tents?

We use 10ft poles for drive through tents.
Q. What size tents do you recommend for drive through capability?

You can use a 10x10 tent if you just need a place for shade while cars pass by. Another option is to use a 20 x 20 tent or bigger with our 10ft poles.
Q. How far in advance should I book a tent rental?

It's advisable to book a tent rental as soon as you have your event details finalized, especially during peak seasons like summer or early fall. For large events or specific tent types, booking several months in advance may be necessary.
