From start to finish, the rental process was the easiest! Communication was prompt, professional, and consistent. And the crew who helped with delivery, set up, and take down was great!

We have used Sky High now for several years anytime we need an inflatable for a get together. They do a great job getting everything set up and ready to go as well as getting it taken down. They have always been on-time or even early, but don't worry - if they are early, they have already arranged that with you and you know. :)

I ordered the 32 foot slip n' slide for my adult 4th of July party. It was a MAJOR hit! The setup crew was nice and early and worked with us to set everything up. They were great!
Billing was quick and easy. I called on the July 4th holiday and someone answered right away and helped me out. As an event coordinator they made my life easy and made me look good! 5 stars!

Q. Do you deliver this big slip and slide across Dallas and Fort Worth?
-
Yes. We deliver throughout the Metroplex, including [Plano](/dallas/water-slides-in-plano-tx), [Arlington](/dallas/water-slides-in-arlington), [Irving](/dallas/water-slides-in-irving), and [Fort Worth](/dallas/water-slides-in-fort-worth). Our crew handles delivery, setup, and collection so you just enjoy the party.
Q. What happens if it rains on my Metroplex party day?
-
Light rain is usually fine for a water slide since everyone is already getting wet. If a North Texas storm rolls in, reach out before your start time and we will reschedule you. A reschedule is handled as store credit toward a future date, not a refund.
Q. Who can ride this dual lane slide and what ages is it best for?
-
It is built for ages 5 and up, which covers kids, teens, and adults. Sliders ages 1 to 4 are better suited to a smaller bounce house or toddler unit. For an all-ages Dallas crowd this is a top pick because grown-ups race too. See more in our [Dallas adult water slides](/dallas/adult-water-slides).
Q. Is it really fun for adults, not just kids?
-
Absolutely. The 33-foot two-lane layout is a favorite for adult slip and slide parties, company picnics, and church youth events across Dallas and Fort Worth. The racing format keeps grown-ups sliding right alongside the kids.
Q. How much space do I need, and can I preview it in my yard?
-
Plan for a flat area a bit longer and wider than the 33-foot footprint, with clearance on the sides. Use View in My Yard to see the exact size rendered in your own Plano or Arlington yard on your phone before you book, so you know it fits.
Q. How does the deposit work?
-
We hold your Dallas or Fort Worth date with a 50% deposit. For orders over $1,000, the deposit drops to 25%. The balance is due before your event.
Q. How much water does it use, and will it flood my yard or spike my bill?
-
Not much. You provide a garden hose that reaches the spot and it runs a light, steady flow down both lanes into the splash pool, not a flood. The water soaks into the grass gradually, so your bill barely notices. Have towels and swimsuits ready.
Q. What is Equipment Damage Insurance?
-
It is an optional add-on, roughly 9% of your rental, that covers accidental damage to the unit during your event so you are not on the hook for normal mishaps. Adding it is your choice at checkout.
Q. What do I need to have ready for setup?
-
We need a flat grassy area, a water hose that reaches the setup spot, and a power outlet within about 50 feet. We can provide a generator if you do not have power nearby. Clear the area of sharp objects and pet mess before we arrive.
Q. Do you handle corporate, school, and district orders in the Metroplex?
-
Yes, and it is one of our strengths. We are fully insured with state-inspected equipment, and a certificate of insurance is ready when your district needs it. We answer the phone in about 30 seconds and email within 24 hours, and we set up school events by 8am and collect by 3pm so your day runs on schedule.
Q. Can I keep it overnight?
-
For the most cost-efficient price, we recommend our 8am next-day option: we set up the morning after your event window and our crew collects it the following morning. You get more time with the slide without an overnight surcharge.
Q. Can I set it up at a Dallas or Fort Worth park?
-
Yes. Most Metroplex parks require a certificate of insurance naming the park as an additional insured, which we provide for a $35 fee. Confirm your park allows water units and has a nearby water and power source before you book.
Q. How far in advance should I book in Dallas summer?
-
Sooner is better. Big two-lane slides are the first thing to sell out on hot Metroplex weekends, so reserve your date as early as you can. Browse related options in our [Dallas dual lane water slides](/dallas/dual-lane-water-slides).
