Sky High Party Rentals did a fantastic job for our party. They were super professional, on time, and communicative. The installation team gave advice on staying safe and was in and out. One of the blowers went out the morning of the party and the SHPR team- despite a busy schedule- came out and replaced it with plenty of time to spare. You can't help it- things go wrong, sometimes, but it's how you fix it that makes the great companies stand out from the others. Thank you for a great experience!!!

Q. Do you deliver the Niagara slide across Dallas, Fort Worth and the suburbs?
-
Yes. We deliver this slide all over the Metroplex, including [Plano](/dallas/water-slides-in-plano-tx), [Arlington](/dallas/water-slides-in-arlington), [Irving](/dallas/water-slides-in-irving), Frisco and [Fort Worth](/dallas/water-slides-in-fort-worth). Enter your zip or tell us your address and we confirm the window. Our crew handles delivery, setup and collection, so all you do is point to the spot.
Q. What happens if it rains on my Metroplex party day?
-
Our weather policy is one of the most flexible in North Texas. You can reschedule or cancel on weather any time before our drivers set up, and any amount paid converts to store credit toward a future date. We do not issue cash refunds. A passing North Texas shower often misses your area, but lightning or high wind means we pause for safety.
Q. Who can ride the Niagara, and what ages is it best for?
-
At 24 feet tall this is a big-kid and adult slide. Ages 5 to 12 love it, teens and grown-ups race each other up the climb, and adults up to 250 pounds can ride. Little ones ages 1 to 4 do better on a smaller unit. Browse our [Dallas gigantic water slides](/dallas/gigantic-water-slides) and other sizes to match your crowd.
Q. How much space do I need in my DFW yard, and will it fit?
-
The footprint is 58 feet long by 12 feet 6 inches wide by 24 feet tall, so you want a clear, mostly level area with overhead clearance and no low branches or wires. Most yards with a 36-inch gate work. Use View in My Yard to preview the exact fit on your phone before you book.
Q. Does the Niagara need a water hookup, and how wet does it get?
-
Yes, the Niagara is a water slide and it runs wet, not dry. We set it near your spigot and you connect a standard garden hose; it uses a light, continuous trickle rather than a flood, so your water bill barely notices. Riders splash into a soft landing at the bottom, so have towels and swimsuits ready.
Q. What deposit do you require to book the Niagara?
-
We take a 50% deposit to lock in your date. On orders over $1,000 the deposit drops to 25%, with the balance charged two days before your event. Your date is held the moment the deposit clears.
Q. What is Equipment Damage Insurance, and do I need it?
-
It is an optional add-on, about 9% of your rental, that covers accidental damage to the unit during your event, such as holes, tears or stains from normal use. It does not cover theft or weather damage from leaving the slide up in rain. It is not required, but most Dallas and Fort Worth families add it for peace of mind on a slide this size.
Q. What do you need on site to set up the slide?
-
A clear, level area, a garden hose within reach for wet runs, and power: a grounded outlet within 50 feet, and on a large slide like this two outlets on separate 20-amp breakers. No outdoor power at a field or park? We rent generators with advance notice. Our crew handles delivery, setup and takedown; there is no customer self-collection on inflatables.
Q. Can you handle corporate, school and school-district orders in DFW?
-
Yes, this is one of our most-requested field-day slides across Dallas and Fort Worth districts. Every unit is fully insured and TDI-inspected annually, we provide the paperwork districts require, and we schedule around the bell with setup done by 8am and collection by 3pm. We answer the phone in about 30 seconds and reply to emails within 24 hours.
Q. Can I keep the Niagara overnight in DFW?
-
For the most cost-efficient price we recommend our 8am next-day option: we deliver and set up, you keep it through the evening, and our crew collects it the next morning. It stretches your party without an overnight surcharge. You are responsible for the unit until we collect, and our crew always collects, never the customer.
Q. Can I set the slide up at a Dallas or Fort Worth park?
-
Many Metroplex parks allow it, but most require proof of insurance naming the park as additional insured. We add your venue as Additional Insured for a $35 flat fee and send a Certificate of Insurance to you and the park beforehand. Confirm the park's permit and reservation first, then send us the venue name, address and coverage amount.
Q. Do I need to supervise or staff a slide this tall?
-
An adult from your party should supervise, sending one rider down at a time and keeping the splash zone clear. For large events or school field days you can add a trained attendant; just ask when you book. Our crew stakes and water-anchors every setup before guests arrive.
Q. How far in advance should I book a Metroplex summer date?
-
Dallas and Fort Worth summer weekends move fast, and May and October are our busiest months, so book a few weeks ahead for a large slide like this. Your deposit holds the date. If your plans shift, you can reschedule up to 24 hours before to another available date with store credit.
