The sales process, emails and staff communications was very thorough, and even with a slight change in my order, everything was seamless! Our two delivery/set up staff were exceptional, and circumvented the unforeseen electricity issue by sourcing a different plug and running a second extension cord. He taped the cord down for safety and both team members were very customer service oriented and polite! I highly recommend Sky High and will call again for our event needs!

This was our first time renting a moonwalk and I must say the experience was outstanding! The drivers that delivered and picked up the moonwalk were so polite and professional.
