Q. Is this a wet water slide with a splash pool at the bottom?

Q. What's the difference between the dry and the wet setup?

Dry means no water, just bounce, climb and slide, ideal for birthdays, school events and cool weather. Wet adds a hose hookup so the slide is slick and the splash pool fills at the bottom. You pick wet or dry when you book, and the price updates for the wet option.

Total peace of mind, clearly spelled out: any time before our crew arrives, you can cancel or move your date for any reason and your full payment becomes store credit that never expires. Once it is delivered and set up, the decision to party is yours, and if rain comes afterward the rental is non-refundable, because we have completed delivery and setup and still have to pick up and clean. Decide before we roll out and you are fully covered.
Q. How does the mermaid combo actually work, bounce plus slide?

It is a combo, so one inflatable does it all. Kids jump on the roomy bounce floor inside, scramble up the climb feature, then ride the integrated slide down. Pink, purple and teal scales and two 3D ombre mermaid tails frame the entrance. It is one centerpiece instead of renting three separate units.
Q. What's the difference between a bounce house, a moonwalk and a combo like this?

A bounce house and a moonwalk are the same thing, an enclosed inflatable just for jumping. This Mermaid is a combo, which adds a climb and a slide to the bounce floor. Combos are best for mixed-age parties because kids can bounce and slide in one unit.
Q. What ages is the Mermaid combo best for?

It is dialed in for ages 3 to 12. Toddlers around 2 to 4 can bounce with close adult supervision, and the 5 to 12 crowd loves the climb and slide. We ask that one adult supervise at all times and that kids slide one at a time.
Q. Do I need a water hose, and how wet does it get?

For the wet setup, yes. Your garden hose needs to reach the unit, and it stays connected to keep the slide slick and the splash pool topped off. The pool takes about 20 to 30 minutes to fill. Kids will get soaked, so plan towels and swimsuits, perfect for beating the North Texas heat.
Q. How much space do I need and how do I know it will fit?

Q. What surface can it go on, and what do I need ready for setup?

Grass, concrete or asphalt all work. We need a standard outlet within about 100ft or a generator, and a clear path wide enough to carry the unit in. Clear pet mess and sharp debris before the crew arrives. Setup takes about 15 to 20 minutes.

Q. How much is the deposit and what's the cancellation policy?

A 50% deposit locks your date, or 25% on orders over $1,000, with the balance due before the event. If you cancel or change, your payment is held as store credit toward a future date rather than a cash refund, so it is never lost.
Q. Can I keep it overnight?

For the best price we recommend the 8am next-day option: we set up the evening before or first thing in the morning, and the crew collects it the next morning. You are responsible for the unit until we collect. Just ask when you reserve.
