Fantastic customer service from all their representatives. Because of a slope in our yard, we needed to get a smaller bounce house, which was a firetruck. Their staff was very helpful with figuring out measurements and placement and finding the perfect unit. Delivery and pick up was on time and the guys were friendly and efficient. The pricing was also great. My little boy was ecstatic when he saw his Firetruck bounce house and it was a huge hit for the party. I will definitely rent from them again.

The bouncy house smelled a little musty. It's mostly from washing it and then packing it away too soon before it completely dries. Just a minor thing. The smell dissipated eventually after a few hours or maybe I just got used to it. We were very happy with the ease of Ordering, changing the order and time of delivery and pick up. I'm so relieved they came early so I could decorate and not worry about them showing up late.
