The setup team Jeff and Joseph were excellent. They arrived on time to set up the bounce house. They provided excellent customer service. One of our senior board members was setting up one of the activities and they helped her to carry supplies and set it up. They weren't asked to do just saw she was struggling and offered to help. They went beyond the call of duty on Saturday, July 10 at Jones Memorial UMC-Crestmont Location campus. My only complaint was I requested a pick-up at 1 pm and the crew did not come till 2:10 pm. The pickup team was very friendly. After being outside in the Houston heat all morning and having to wait an hour for pickup was very frustrating.
