Overall our experience was great. They were ahead of schedule for delivery. ( This was our first time renting from Skyhigh) I was not feeling confident at first because our initial reservation was lost on several items; however, when they arrived with a full crew and were so fast setting up. Their courteous helpful nature as well as professionalism made me realize this is a great company that I fully intend to use again.

Excellent service and will absolutely rent again. For reference I rented the bungee run and laser tag and they were both a big hit. Kids would not stop playing even when the guns died (our own fault, we left the on the whole time). Staff was very helpful and the 2 young men delivering were on time and very helpful with all my questions. Amazing service!
